General Operations Manager of Sports Labs in North America, Kieran O’Donnell, hosted a live and interactive webinar with representatives from FIFA, World Rugby and FIH.

A short introduction to the certification steps and how accessible it is for each governing body was presented by Kieran.  It included some myth busters along the way and was followed up with some great questions during an interactive session with the governing bodies and attendees.
