Sports Labs is pleased to announce Nicolas Gordon recently joined our Consult department. Nicolas graduated in July 2019 with a Meng. in Civil Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and started working with Sports Labs at the end of July. Nicolas aims to proceed towards his ICE chartership by joining ICE as a graduate engineer.
Nicolas has previously worked at the Queensferry Crossing for 6 months as a student engineer where he had an incredible opportunity to work hands-on scaling up and down the bridge’s towers.
Since joining Nicolas has been involved in a number of different projects such as the UKA dimensional survey of Caird Park, Pre-Contract design for the King’s Park Athletics Stadium and many more including inspections and meetings, to become more familiar and learn the process of developing drawings, documents and delivering a project to high standards.
