Sports Labs Limited: Contract Administrator

Based: Sports Labs HQ, Livingston, UK.

An opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and diverse team within Sports Labs Ltd, a multi-discipline testing laboratory specialising in the testing of all sports surfaces and sports systems.

The role of contractor administrator will involve the assistance and completion of the management of all administrative activities. In the main these will relate to specific contracts or sections of the business. The role will focus primarily within two key divisions of the company. UK field testing, and the role of administration within our Football Foundation Framework contract, in which Sports Labs Ltd are the Football foundations specialist testing consultants. The role will also cover administration of our natural grass division ProPitch Ltd.

The main duties within each division are listed below:· Creating and populating jobs via inhouse scheduling software· Assisting with completion of factual data reports prior to final sign off.· Regular contact with clients to confirm jobs prior to testing.· Maintain information within Databases, such as CRM system and scheduling software.· Issuing Invoices and quotations to clients via accounting package. Administration of ProPitch Online Portal

Issuing of job numbers and creating a job file for all work introduced to the department, this will involve the completion of all ongoing records for the file.· Assistance with booking of hotel accommodation, ferries, flights, appropriate visas as and when required.· Following up on issued quotations within relevant division.· Working within the limits and requirements of our ISO.17025 and ISO.9001 quality system.· Occasional cover for general administration and telephone answering will also be required.· Creating and issuing purchase orders where necessary

The candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft excel & word.

Hours of Work are: 36.5 per week

Monday to Thursday – 09:00 – 17:00

Friday – 09:00 – 16:00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
